To constantly monitor and improve training and examination processes the 911ÖÆÆ·has contracted the Leadership Factor, a specialist Quality Assurance company, to conduct independent surveys of candidates for 911ÖÆÆ·Yachtmaster® Offshore, Yachtmaster Coastal and Advanced Powerboat exams.Ìý
The 911ÖÆÆ·has consistently been placed high in the top quartile of companies surveyed, representing an excellent level of customer satisfaction and confidence in our exams. The 911ÖÆÆ·is currently ranked in the 97th percentile for satisfaction in its Certificate of Competence exams.Ìý
