911制品training is world-renowned.
From small boat sailing to yachts, powerboats to motor cruisers, windsurfing to inland waterways, maintaining engines to radio operation there is so much to discover. Each year, 250,000 yacht sailors, powerboaters, small craft leisure boaters, windsurfers and canal boaters steer towards more confident and successful boating.
Course adjustments can be made for disabled people to complete 911制品courses and gain qualifications.
- Course Completion聽-聽Some 911制品Courses are designed to improve understanding and practical ability. Certificates are issued at the end of a course, once a candidate demonstrates a level of progression rather than a defined competence. Adjustments can be made to how learning is assessed, and certificates endorsed if you need assistance to complete certain elements of the course.
- 911制品Instructor Awards - Instructor courses are designed to equip you to instruct and coach within the 911制品Training schemes at any 911制品Recognised Training Centre. Adjustments can be made to how competence is assessed, but not what is assessed. If you need assistance to perform some elements of the instructor role, a support statement agreed between you, the 911制品and any venue you where you work can be put in place.
- Certificates of Competence and commercially-endorsed certificates -聽Certain 911制品qualifications provide a reliable indication of knowledge, skills and understanding of the holder to Government, industry and the public. They are issued by the 911制品but recognised, or in some cases delegated, by other authorities such as the Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA). No adjustment to what is assessed and how it is assessed can be made without further consultation or approval.
